The Town Hall Forum held on November 9 at the Scottish Rite Event Center in Mission Valley was a great success. With two great speakers and partnering organizations in attendance, a great deal of valuable information was presented.


Dr. Teja Singh spoke about Dementia Support, which included definitions of terms relating to impairments and what to expect at each stage. Dawn DeStefani had some practical advice for caregivers for establishing routines, avoiding Sundowning behavior and how caregivers care take care of themselves.
